Membership News

The CEC Board of Directors approved a reduction in the dues ratio for Retired membership from 0.8 to 0.6. The 2008 dues for Retired members are $67.00. To qualify for CEC Retired membership, you must have officially retired from your employing agency, been a member of CEC for at least ten (10) years prior to retirement, and have not accepted another full time position. (CEC Retired members as of 12/31/05 are exempt from the 10-year membership requirement.) The Retired membership application is attached. Please encourage your members who have Retired and are no longer interested in maintaining a Professional membership to renew as a Retired member.
